News in brief

Our Autumn term highlights were the Beethoven 9th Symphony 
concert and our performance of Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker suite 
at our family concert in December.
It is now normal for us to have a busy schedule of Christmas 
performances and gigs by several smaller groups of orchestra 
members and this season there were around a dozen taking 
place, from outdoor festival performances to local church 
services.
Our programme for 2025 commenced with our February concert 
and we have lots more to follow.
